Game processing is subject to specific health and safety legislation which, in turn, necessitates specialist equipment to ensure that the game, once killed, can be gutted and processed as quickly as possible without damage. We design and manufacture professional turnkey game larders and cold stores which comply with the most exacting of hygiene guidelines.
From floor drains to pulley systems, working and cutting tables, racks, work cabinets, rinsing sinks and basins and game cooling chambers, we design our game larders to meet your precise requirements: They can either be constructed from scratch as a new building or integrated into existing premises.
